Can I change the address in my order?

Accidentally sent your Flat Buffer order to the Caribbean? Again?

Don’t panic. You can always change it from your ‘My Account’ page! Just hover your mouse over or click on the ‘More’ option on the navigation bar, and click on ‘My Account’. Once you login, you can update your shipping address on the ‘Addresses section, just below ‘Downloads’.

For recently placed orders (less than 2 hrs), you’ll be able to change the address straight away. If it’s past this 2-hour window, the new address information will go out to us and we’ll do our best to make the changes before your order ships.

If your order has already shipped, we will be unable to change the address.

Please note: Because your address determines where your order is made, we can’t change your delivery country.
